What should I do if I don't know my password?
If a valid email address is associated with your account, use the "Don't remember your password?" option on the login screen to have a password reset sent your email. If you have trouble receiving this email or have an account without an email, please contact your account manager and they will help you.
Why did your login page change?
AFS is enabling single sign-on technology across its products to improve our client experience and to enhance the overall security of our systems.
What is Single Sign On?
Single Sign On (abbreviated SSO) is a way for AFS to offer a variety of products and services under a single username and password maintained in a single secure environment.
Why is AFS moving to SSO?
Our primary goal is to improve our client’s experience. Once the SSO platform is connected to all our products, AFS can offer enhanced user management capabilities and improved integration between our platforms.
Will my user name change?
The user name or email address identification method previously used will continue to work in our SSO environment. If you accessed different AFS systems with separate user names, we will consolidate multiple user names to a single ID and you’ll be notified by our account management staff prior to system enablement. If you use a user name for one system and an email address for another system, those will be consolidated to a single user account and you can use both user name and email address for your login ID.
How does it work if I have access to multiple systems?
During our SSO implementation, you will continue to login and access AFS products and sites using the same web addresses used prior to SSO rollout. Once we complete SSO connectivity to all our products, users with access to multiple systems will be introduced to new landing pages and site interconnectivity functions.
Will I be able to change my own password?
Users with valid email accounts will be able to change their passwords using the password reset functionality within the SSO platform. Accounts utilizing a user name only will be required to change their account password by contacting their account manager. A valid email address is recommended for all users.
When will SSO begin?
The rollout of this technology has begun. We will keep you informed via email and account manager communication as we move forward with implementation milestones.
